Made in Ireland, Hartman hooks are what we consider to best the best hook value. The yew wood handles are smooth as can be. The hook itself is made of brass.

This is a sweet hook; the 6 mm size is good for many cut sizes. If you were only going to have one hook, this might be the one. (But who wants only one hook???). The shaft is regular length.

“Ergonomic” means that there is a lovely flat spot on the hook to rest your thumb.
